First Valentine's Day Workshop a major success

On Monday 8 February Peeze successfully organised its very first Valentine's Day Workshop. The workshop was all about the shape of love: the heart!

Over the course of a 2.5 hour workshop, a large number of participants learnt how to apply Latte Art, pouring perfectly shaped hearts into a cappuccino. They received support from Dutch Latte Art Champion and in-house Peeze Barista trainer, Claudie Donderwinkel.

The hearts were accentuated by adding taste-free red colouring to the frothy milk. The end result: cappuccinos tops with a beautiful pink heart.

The workshop was organised exclusively for Peeze clients from the restaurant and cafe sector, in order to help them surprise their Valentine's day guests with a unique cappuccino filled with passion and love. In short, a perfect ending to a romantic evening meal!
